Shawn Karpinka is a composer, musician, and songwriter from Saskatoon, SK, Canada. He is one half of acclaimed duo The Karpinka Brothers, whose last album was recorded by Howard Bilerman (Leonard Cohen, Arcade Fire) at his legendary Hotel2Tango studio in Montréal. Shawn studied film scoring through London's Guildhall School prior to enrolling in the Film Scoring Academy of Europe Online Graduate Diploma program. He is a lover of film and television, and film scoring is his passion. He often attends films on opening night with his friends, and his wedding took place in a historic movie theatre.
