Wilfred Moeschter is a Toronto-based composer for stage and screen. He has written music for a wide variety of short films, and is the composer of A Perfect Bowl of Pho, an original musical which won the Patron’s Pick Award at the 2022 Toronto Fringe Festival.

He is an extremely strong collaborator with a keen understanding of emotional storytelling. This, combined with his ability to compose in a wide range of styles and genres is what makes him so effective at distilling a director/writer’s vision into strong musical elements.

Wilfred completed his M.F.A. in Film Music Composition at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, where he was mentored by Chris Heckman. His film scoring portfolio is available on his website.
