Known for her ethereal vocals and thoughtful approach to sound, Dylann Miller is a composer for media and stage and a singer/songwriter presently based in Toronto, ON.

Her work as a composer includes scores for media such as documentaries, animation, drama and music for video games. Current projects include the upcoming films Dancing in the Cold and House Arrest and recent projects include the animation short, Odin and PC game Draconic Destiny. Dylann has a passion for creating new and unusual sounds, incorporating many of her own vocals and customized instruments into her scores, resulting in fresh, dynamic pieces. As a singer, Dylann is well versed in a variety of extended techniques and loves to develop unique sound worlds. She frequently incorporates her own vocals into her scores and songs, as well as in collaboration with other artists.

Her work has been recognized by awards from Arcady’s Young Composer Competition (2017), the SOCAN Foundation (2016); and participation in the 2020 Piano Lunaire Composer’s Symposium, the 2019 Toronto Creative Music Lab (2019) and the 2018 Waterloo Region Contemporary Music Sessions.
