Laughlin Meagher
Laughlin Meagher is musician/producer/DJ Living on Salt Spring Island, BC. As musician and song writer/performer of the past 30 years he has mostly spent that time relatively unknown in the mainstream music industry. Although he has toured extensively in the USA, and Canada it has primarily been as a supporting act for Kytami (BC) and Ganga Giri (Australia). After turning 50 in 2023, he has had a revelation that his personal catalogue of over 50 original compositions need to come to light. He has begun this process with his all original electronic band Tripp The System by releasing one composition every month in 2024. (Visit website) His new motto is "50 and fearless". Laughlin is excited to explore the world of synch and composition for film and TV and is open to any help and opportunities offered through his membership in the SCGC.

Laughlin has also worked extensively as a live sound engineer and festival stage manager and has also worked in festival production and local event production. Through this experience he has met and created connections with a wide variety of musicians and artists.
